Products & Craftsmanship
All Savorgrain products are handcrafted using natural hardwoods. Variations in grain, color, texture, and figure are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Product dimensions, colors, and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to the handmade nature of our work and differences in screen displays.
Food Safety & Use
Culinary products sold by Savorgrain are finished with food-safe oils or finishes unless otherwise noted. Products are intended for standard household use only.
Customers are responsible for proper care and use of all products. Savorgrain is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper care, or use outside of intended purposes.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time and are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization, and carrier delays. Savorgrain is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Savorgrain is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited.
- Standard (non-custom) items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- Custom or personalized items: Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care is essential to the longevity of wood products. Care instructions are provided with each order and/or on the website. Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage not covered under any return or replacement consideration.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding—is the property of Savorgrain and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Savorgrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Return and Refund Policy

At Savorgrain, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Because of the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our work, we approach returns with fairness, clarity, and respect for both our customers and the materials we use.
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Savorgrain is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Savorgrain products are crafted from natural hardwoods selected for beauty, durability, and longevity. Proper care ensures your piece will age gracefully and remain part of your daily rituals for years to come.
General Care
- Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water
- Dry immediately and thoroughly
- Never soak or leave submerged
- Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave
Maintenance
- Reapply food-safe oil as needed, typically every 3–6 weeks depending on use
- If the wood appears dry or dull, it is time to re-oil
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or extreme humidity
What to Expect
Because wood is a living material, natural variations in grain, color, and movement may occur over time. These characteristics are not defects but part of the material’s authentic nature.
Small changes such as subtle warping or tonal shifts can happen with environmental changes and are considered normal.
Intended Use
Culinary items are finished with food-safe products unless otherwise noted and are intended for standard household use. Products should not be used as cutting surfaces on stone, glass, or metal countertops.
Savorgrain is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or use outside intended purposes.
